Kissing this character: Yes... but confusion only increases if you're not ~close~ to him.
Flirting with this character: Yes. He might even do that back (if he understands it as flirting first... it might take a while).
Fighting with this character: Definitely, since it's pretty much unavoidable. Also, fighting might launch either his bloodshot or devil mode (see "Warnings").
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): This is fine as well, but only if you ask first. See "Warnings" for more information on what might be against you.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first.
Warnings: His quick temper also causes him to go berserk, especially on tennis matches, as it triggers a condition called "bloodshot". It removes a bit of restraints of how violent he can act in his anger. The bloodshot can develop into the "devil mode" (usually when exposed to violence and insults at the same time), when he can’t control much of what he’s doing anymore. It’s pretty bad for his mental health.
While this is mostly a tennis "ability", I don't have problems in imagining this might happen in other sorts of situations (the bloodshot part, not so much the devil).
